…a bike-packing tour that truly embodies our mantra ‘Progress In Life Through Adventures’.
This August we will embark on a bike-packing, pop-up Yoga tour of England, carrying all our kit and riding unsupported for an average of 75 kilometres per day, for around 21 days, on our quest to bring the Lifecycol vibe to our home nation!
We will hold fun, upbeat Yoga classes suitable for all levels at venues in London, Bath, Bristol, Manchester, Lancaster, Leeds and Nottingham along the way.
Our aim is to share our combined love of road cycling and Yoga – in case you hadn’t guessed that already! – demonstrating that the two disciplines are a perfect match for one another; yin and yang!
At Lifecycol we want to encourage people to view life as a series of exciting experiences that don’t necessarily revolve around materialism and ‘societal norms’. Our mantra ‘Progress In Life Through Adventures’ conveys the essence of our message.
We practice what we preach and encourage others to do the same; to optimise the joy and adventure they get out of life.
Lifecycol is a home for people who want to do this, and our tour aims to pique the interest of new Lifecycol-ers who want to experience our Morzine based events, as well as other Europe-wide Lifecycol events we are in the throes of planning for the future – for more information on this please join us for one of our pop-up Yoga sessions during our tour.
Take a look at the Yoga itinerary and get your session in the diary! Each session is by donation and all funds raised will go to Lifecycol’s supported charity, www.kitaleschooluganda.org.
We look forward to meeting you all in August!
Namaste and happy cycling 🙂
