Once you’ve taken in the warm, light and expansive living area, you notice the incredible panoramic view across the Vallee de la Manche to the ski slopes of the Pleney. Cast your eye down the valley and see the magical town of Morzine with the incredible skyline beyond.
For mountain lovers, Chalet Avenir offers the best of both worlds; a stunning aspect with a tranquil mountain feel, as well as the convenience of being able to walk into Morzine, with all its bars and restaurants, a mere fifteen minutes away on foot.
The chalet itself is less than 3 years old and is immaculately finished with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
There are 4 guest bedrooms at Chalet Avenir; one super-king ensuite room with a balcony and gorgeous views down the valley towards Morzine; one cosy king ensuite room at the rear of the chalet; one double room and one twin room, both with balconies and lovely views towards the Pleney and Nyon ski areas. The latter two rooms share a huge bathroom complete with a double ended bath, large walk-in shower, double sink area and a separate toilet.
The unusually spacious open-plan living area offers plentiful comfy seating; 8-10 people can happily relax in the two adjacent lounge areas either side of the roaring log fire and admire the mountain views, drink in hand.
Winter makes for cosy and informal dining next to our open-plan kitchen, whilst in summer you can enjoy eating al fresco on the chalet’s large, sunny deck. Watching the sun go down behind the mountains is a truly memorable experience, especially when you round it off with a soothing dip in the outdoor hot tub; life doesn’t get much better!
